Evolviture offers a referral program (the "Referral Program") to reward users for introducing new customers to our platform. This section outlines the terms and conditions of the Referral Program in clear, transparent language. By participating in the Referral Program, you agree to these terms.
To participate as a referrer, you must have an active Evolviture account and be in good standing. You also should be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction).
Once you join the Referral Program, you will receive a unique referral link or code tied to your account. You can share this link/code with friends, colleagues, or your audience. When sharing, you must do so in a lawful and respectful manner.
A "Qualified Referral" is a new, first-time customer to Evolviture who arrives at our site via your unique referral link or by using your code at signup or checkout, and who makes a valid purchase. The referred customer must be someone who has never had an account or made a purchase with us before.
For each Qualified Referral, you (the referrer) will earn a one-time commission equal to 30% of the referred customer's first purchase amount (excluding any taxes or fees). This means if your referred friend makes a purchase of $100, you would earn $30 as commission. The 30% rate applies only to that first purchase; subsequent purchases by the same customer will not generate additional commissions under this program.
After a referred customer completes a purchase using your link/code, we will validate the transaction. Commissions are typically credited to your Evolviture account in the form of either store credit or a payable balance. We may offer payout via certain payment methods (like PayPal or bank transfer) once your commission balance reaches a minimum threshold (e.g., $50). Commission approval may have a waiting period (for instance, 14 days after the purchase) to ensure the order is successful and not refunded.
You agree to promote Evolviture's products honestly and without misleading claims. Do not spam others with your referral link. You should only share the link with people who you reasonably believe would be interested and who have given consent to receive such info.
If you are in the United States (or reaching a U.S. audience), be aware that the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) requires disclosure of referral/affiliate relationships. You must clearly disclose that you may receive a commission if someone uses your referral link to purchase. For example, in a social media post you might say "(I'll get a commission if you buy)" or "#referral".
You will not use the referral program in connection with any violation of law. This includes data privacy laws, spam regulations, consumer protection laws, or any applicable regulations in your country.
You should not bid on Evolviture's brand name or related keywords in search engine marketing to drive referral traffic, nor create social media pages or domains that impersonate Evolviture.
Commissions will typically accrue in your account and be issued according to our schedule (e.g., monthly). We might have a minimum payout threshold (commonly $50) such that we issue payment only once you've earned at least that amount.
Referral commissions are considered a form of income. You are responsible for any taxes that may be due on referral earnings. If required by law, Evolviture might request tax-related documents from you.
Evolviture reserves the right to modify the Referral Program terms or end the program at any time. This could include changing the commission rate, adjusting qualifying criteria, introducing new incentives, or terminating the program entirely. We will give notice of material changes by updating this document.
Evolviture may disqualify you from the Referral Program and/or void your referral commissions if we determine that you have violated these terms or engaged in any abuse of the program.
