Due to the non-tangible, irrevocable nature of downloadable digital content, we do not offer returns or exchanges once a product has been accessed or downloaded. When you purchase a digital item (such as an AI tool, template, or asset pack), you gain immediate access to valuable intellectual property that cannot be "returned." As a result, we maintain a strict no-refund policy on all completed purchases. Please review product information (description, previews, requirements) carefully before buying, and if you have questions about a product's content or compatibility, contact us before purchase.
If you are a consumer in the European Union or United Kingdom, you are generally entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period for online purchases. However, for digital content, this right does not apply once the download or streaming of the content has begun with your consent. Evolviture complies with EU/UK law by obtaining your express consent to immediate delivery of digital content and your acknowledgment that you waive the 14-day withdrawal right when you purchase. In practice, this means that during checkout, you will be asked to tick a checkbox or take a similar action confirming that you want instant access to the digital product and understand you lose the right to cancel once the download starts.
Important: If you are an EU/UK customer who has not downloaded or accessed the digital product and you have not consented to waive your withdrawal right, you may contact us within 14 days of purchase to request a cancellation and refund. However, since Evolviture's policy is to require the waiver for instant downloads, such scenarios will be rare. Once you have begun downloading or streaming the digital content, you no longer have the right to cancel the purchase under EU/UK law.
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you encounter a technical problem downloading or accessing your product, or if the file is corrupted, incomplete, or otherwise defective, please contact our support team at evolviture@gmail.com. We will work with you to troubleshoot the issue, and if the product is confirmed to be defective or not as described, we may provide a replacement download or correct the error. In exceptional cases where a digital product is substantially not as described or cannot be accessed as promised, we will comply with any applicable consumer protection laws regarding remedies. This may include providing a refund if required by law.
However, a refund will not be issued for reasons such as changing your mind, purchasing the wrong item by mistake, or lack of usage, since the content has already been delivered.
As a rule, refunds are not provided, except in the limited circumstances explained above. If you believe you are entitled to a refund or cancellation under this policy or applicable law, you must contact us within 14 days of your purchase (or as soon as possible upon discovering a product issue). Provide your order number, the email used for purchase, and a detailed description of the issue or reason for request. We will evaluate your request in line with our policy and respond with a decision or to gather more information. If a refund is approved, it will be processed via the original payment method whenever possible. Please note that processing a refund may take several business days.

Because we are transparent about our no-refund stance for delivered digital goods, any attempt to circumvent this policy via initiating unwarranted credit card chargebacks or payment disputes after downloading a product will be considered fraudulent or abusive. Evolviture reserves the right to contest unjustified chargebacks, provide these Terms and your agreement as evidence to financial institutions, and to ban or terminate the accounts of users who abuse our payment systems. This does not limit your right to file legitimate disputes for unauthorized charges.
